I am an IT professional with a unique background spanning banking and financial services before discovering my passion in information technology. My tech journey began with the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, which opened doors to my current role at i-Tech Support inc.
What started as curiosity about technology transformed into a career dedicated to solving complex IT challenges. My background in financial services gives me a unique perspective on enterprise technology needs, regulatory compliance, and the critical importance of security in business operations.
