Currently serving as a Level 2 Help Desk Engineer at i-Tech Support inc., a leading MSP in Orlando, FL. In this advanced role, I handle escalated technical issues, mentor Level 1 technicians, and take ownership of complex infrastructure projects. My responsibilities include managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 environments, deploying security solutions, and implementing automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

The transition into IT was driven by my passion for technology and problem-solving. I invested in building a comprehensive certification portfolio, earning CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, followed by Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900). These certifications provided the technical foundation to excel in modern IT infrastructure roles.

At i-Tech Support inc., I work daily with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Cisco Meraki networking equipment, and Huntress EDR security tools. I've been at the forefront of innovative implementations, including deploying Thread AI for automated ticketing systems and creating custom Microsoft Teams apps for streamlined client deployments.
